What a fantastic Radio. Sony Rocks !
This is my second ICF-7600GR. What a great radio. Sony started their career making radio’s and their engineering team is second to none.

Sony radio
Great sensitivity in poor signal area. Excellent tone for small unit. Exceeded my expectations for a bathroom radio doubling as an emergency radio.

Sony ICF-SW7600GR is Phoney Bologna
If anyone is considering, the Sony ICF-SW7600GR world band receiver radio, I suggest looking for another portable set. I read the reviews and then made the purchase.

Very Good Radio – Challenging to Use
As a Ham radio operator I am very satisfied with the quality of this radio and its capabilities. Very good reception.

Don’t let the Sony name fool you!
This was a gift for my husband. We returned it as it was too difficult
to operate and we got a lot of static when trying to tune in a station.

Great radio, but with one shortcoming…
This is an excellent shortwave with quality reception on all bands. However, after using this radio for over a year, I found its only shortcoming to be a mechanical one…

OverKill
I purchased this radio primarily for AM and FM listening. I guess I should have just stuck with a basic radio without all of the bells-&-whistles.

Excellent little receiver!
This apparently is the last of the Japanese-made portable shortwave radios, and the last of the Sony shortwave line.
