GP4L Shortwave Radio
We test the GP-4L small handheld Shortwave Radio We were on a mountain at about 4000 feet at about 2 am The radio did pick up stations, but it would have been dificult to tune most of them in The LED and standard FM radio both have worked well no mater where we test this radio, however we are still finding little success finding shortwave broadcasts durring our testing A video gear review from Gear-Reviews.net gear-reviews.net See our gear review blog http See us on Facebook: www.facebook …

August 11th, 2009 at 5:45 pm
for me, yes
But I’ll do more real ‘testing’ before I give up on it

Is it hard because of the tuner wheel or do you live in a shielded/remote location?

well the dial is part of it, but I only ever turn it on when I’m up in the mountains, so I figure they could be blocking signal
