Thanks! All essential functions for a SW (SSB) receiver are there, though it is a simple receiver. The antenna coil must also be tuned (double tuning) but it is not very difficult to tune in.

It is in my book “Retro Radio”, published by Elektor International media in the Netherlands. It consists of: 1 HF stage, 1 VFO, 1 mixer, 1 IF amplifier + productdetector, 1 BFO (7 transistors, 1 audio amplifier (4 transistors audio).

Thanks, all the fundamental radio units for a superhet SW radio are in there, though it is not very complicated.
